In this first class, we will learn how to make ‘MŌMŌ’ མོག་མོག, traditional Tibetan dumplings that are prepared with care, patience, and joy.
This recipe was lovingly learned directly from Ven. Khenpo Tsewang Dongyal Rinpoche, and it carries not only flavors, but lineage, memory, and meaning. This is more than a cooking class. It is an opportunity to gather as a sangha across distances, to cook together in our own kitchens, and to share an experience rooted in generosity and connection. You will receive the ingredient list in advance, and during the live class we will prepare the momos step by step, so that when we finish, everyone—no matter where they are—can sit down and enjoy the fruits of their own hands.
