Patrul Rinpoche (1808-1887) was one of the greatest Tibetan teachers of his time. Famous for his precise and direct style, he lived the life of a wandering yogi monastic who renounced fame and power to devote his life to practice and guiding others along the path. He transmitted the Dharma in everything he did, skillfully teaching both simple nomads and great lamas with uncompromising authenticity.

Ven. Khenpo Tsewang Dongyal Rinpoche is a holder of the complete Buddhist Nyingma lineage of study and practice. He was enthroned by H.H. Dudjom Rinpoche as a Nyingma Abbot. As an accomplished scholar and Vajrayana master, Rinpoche has an amazing ability to convey profound topics simply and directly, making the rich, vast ocean of Dharma accessible and easy to put into practice. (A more extensive biography of Ven. Khenpo Tsewang Dongyal Rinpoche can be found by clicking here.)
