Join us for special practices on Noble Lady Tara! The Swift Liberator of our times, Tara is a female buddha of compassion and wisdom, and the perfect embodiment of the enlightened activity of all the buddhas. Meditating on Tara helps us realize our true nature of love and compassion by releasing all ego-clinging, anger, and attachment, and radiating benefit and happiness to all beings. During this weekend’s practice led by Lama Laia, we will perform a Green Tara practice revealed by H.H. Dudjom Rinpoche, and recite the renowned Praises to the Twenty-One Taras.
Saturday afternoon’s practice will include a tsok food offering ceremony.
People of all levels of interest and meditation practice are warmly welcome to attend all or part of this retreat. We hope to see you soon!
