Over 2,600 years ago, Buddha Shakyamuni gave teachings on how to remove the causes of all suffering and difficulties, and how to reveal the essential goodness and peace within ourselves and others.

How fortunate we are that this living lineage remains and continues to touch our lives, inviting us to deeply explore the potential within our own hearts and minds, and to awaken our innate qualities of love, compassion, and wisdom!

Join us for this special weekend to deepen your understanding of the Buddha’s teachings as they have been studied and practiced in Tibet since they came from India in the 8th century.

Lama Laia will be visiting us from Padma Same Ling monastery in upstate New York to remember our rich lineage history, explore essential frameworks of the Buddha’s teachings, and reflect on key points that will help us absorb the teachings into our hearts and enhance our Dharma practice.

Everyone is warmly welcome to attend all or part of this special weekend.

There will be plenty of time reserved for questions and answers, discussion and meditation.
