Within the U.S.A.
We ship by USPS Priority Mail. We process and ship as quickly as possible, usually within 1 to 2 days. Delivery time varies depending on shipping method and destination. There is an order minimum of $10. Orders within the continental USA usually arrive in 2-3 business days after shipping.
Customers in New York: please add sales tax at the current Delaware County rate of 8% (0.08).
Online, this will be calculated automatically when you fill in your billing address.
Outside of the U.S.A.
Due to the complexity of shipping outside the USA—prices vary widely depending on the country and the method of shipping—we cannot provide a chart that will work for everyone. (calc @ checkout) In general, we charge the actual cost of shipping plus a nominal fee for order processing and materials. USPS International Mail takes approximately 9-12 business days after shipping, though times may vary depending on location and customs. USPS International Mail is not insured, but it can be tracked. USPS flat rate International Mail envelopes are a maximum of 4 lbs., and cost a minimum of $16 US.
Please email or call to arrange shipping large international orders. Also, please let us know if you want to insure your package, or have any questions about shipping costs. All duties or customs fees and taxes (including VAT) are the sole responsibility of the customer, and are determined by customs authorities in each country. We can only accept checks from foreign sources if they are written in US dollars and drawn on US banks.
