In celebration of Lha Bab Duchen, the anniversary of when Buddha Shakyamuni returned to our world to continue teaching the Dharma after visiting his mother and repaying her kindness in Tushita Heaven, Ven. Khenpo Tsewang Dongyal Rinpoche offered prayers and light offerings to the new Stupa Garden at Padma Samye Ling, as well as consecrating additional new stupas at PSL.
