In Tibetan, Buddha is translated as Sangye.
1. San means “purified.”
2. Gye means “developed” or “actualized.”
What is purified? And what is developed?
Ven. Khenpo Rinpoche also teaches on the very special qualities of Tibetan as a written language, as well as the emanated translators of the 8-10th centuries who created Tibetan to perfectly convey the meaning of the Dharma.
